Professional Wire Rope Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iRopeWork's products, services, and website. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. iRopeWork is a professional stainless steel wire rope manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in OEM/ODM production, serving global brands, wholesalers, and engineering contractors.
Definitions
"Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to iRopeWork, a professional wire rope manufacturer.
"Customer", "you", "your" refers to any individual or entity purchasing our products or services.
"Products" refers to stainless steel wire ropes, rigging hardware, and related accessories manufactured by iRopeWork.
"Services" includes technical design, material selection, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics services.
Product Specifications & Quality
All products are manufactured using high-quality raw materials including AISI 316 and 304 stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and marine-grade alloys.
Our manufacturing processes incorporate advanced wire drawing, stranding, and polishing techniques with dimensional tolerances controlled to within ±0.05mm.
Products undergo triple testing protocol for tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance according to ISO 9001, CE, and MTC requirements.
Breaking load strength is guaranteed to meet or exceed stated specifications. Custom specifications may be accommodated upon request.
Orders & Pricing
All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
Pricing is based on current material costs, order volume, and technical specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product specifications and customization requirements.
Price adjustments may occur due to significant changes in raw material costs or currency fluctuations for orders with extended delivery periods.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods include T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or other mutually agreed methods.
Late payment charges of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue accounts.
All banking charges are borne by the respective parties unless otherwise specified.
Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery terms are typically EXW (Ex Works), FOB, or CIF as agreed in the sales contract.
Production lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity, typically ranging from 15-45 days.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery according to the agreed Incoterms.
Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions may affect delivery schedules.
Warranty & Liability
We warrant that products will conform to agreed specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery date.
Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery with supporting documentation and samples.
Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
Products must be used within their designed parameters and maintained according to industry standards.
Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, designs, and manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of iRopeWork.
Custom designs developed for specific customer applications may be subject to separate IP agreements.
Customers may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary designs without written consent.
Third-party IP rights are respected, and customers warrant they have necessary rights for any designs provided to us.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
Technical specifications, pricing information, and customer lists are considered confidential.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the business relationship for a period of 5 years.
Standard industry practices and publicly available information are not subject to confidentiality restrictions.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, followed by arbitration if necessary.
Arbitration shall be conducted according to the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
The place of arbitration shall be Beijing, China, with proceedings conducted in English.
Modifications & Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
Customers will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Individual contracts may contain specific terms that supersede these general Terms of Service.
