Ordering & Quotes

  • How do I request a quote?

    You can request a quote by filling out the inquiry form on any product page or by sending an email directly to our sales team at sales@iropework.com. Please include the product specifications, required quantity, and your destination port for an accurate quote.

  • Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    Yes, as a wholesale B2B supplier, we have MOQs that vary by product. Please contact our sales team with your requirements, and we will provide you with the specific details.

  • How do I place an order after receiving a quote?

    Once you agree with the quotation, please issue a formal Purchase Order (PO) to our sales representative. We will then issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) to confirm the order details and initiate the production process upon agreement.

Products & Technical

  • Are your products certified?

    Yes, quality is our priority. We are an ISO 9001 certified company. We can provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and other quality documentation for our products upon request, confirming their material composition, load capacity, and conformity to standards.

  • What is the difference between AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel?

    AISI 304 is a general-purpose stainless steel suitable for most architectural and industrial applications. AISI 316 (Marine Grade) contains molybdenum, offering superior corrosion resistance, making it essential for saltwater, chemical, and other highly corrosive environments.

  • Do you offer custom fabrication?

    Yes, we offer services such as cutting wire rope to specific lengths and creating custom assemblies. Please provide our team with your technical drawings or detailed requirements to discuss possibilities.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship globally to all major ports, excluding mainland China. We have extensive experience in exporting to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

  • What INCOTERMS do you work with?

    We are flexible and work with various INCOTERMS 2020, most commonly FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and EXW (Ex Works). We will confirm the term with you during the quotation stage.

  • How is the shipping cost calculated and what is the lead time?

    Shipping cost depends on the order volume, weight, and the chosen INCOTERM. Lead time varies based on the product and order size, which typically ranges from 30 to 60 days. We will provide an estimated delivery schedule with your order confirmation.

Payment

  • What are your payment terms?

    Our standard payment terms for new customers are 30% deposit by T/T to start production and the remaining 70% against a copy of the bill of lading (B/L). For larger orders, we may offer other terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C).

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We primarily accept international wire transfers (T/T).
